10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Texas, and the decision shall be final and binding.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
