Eglin Air Force Base

Valparaiso, FL

Eglin AFB is the Air Force's largest base by land area, home to the 96th Test Wing and a broad air armament and weapons-testing mission, alongside multiple tenant fighter training units. It anchors a large stretch of the Florida Panhandle's Emerald Coast.

Patrick SFB hosts Space Launch Delta 45, which manages the Eastern Range supporting launches from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, and provides installation support across Florida's Space Coast. It's the Space Force's key East Coast launch-support hub.

Tyndall Air Force Base

Panama City, FL

Tyndall AFB is home to the 325th Fighter Wing, which trains F-22 Raptor pilots, and has been extensively rebuilt following major damage from Hurricane Michael in 2018. It sits on a peninsula along the Gulf of Mexico near Panama City.
