Beale AFB is home to the 9th Reconnaissance Wing, flying the U-2 Dragon Lady and RQ-4 Global Hawk high-altitude reconnaissance aircraft. It's one of the Air Force's premier strategic ISR installations.

Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms

Twentynine Palms, CA

MCAGCC Twentynine Palms is the Marine Corps' largest base by land area, hosting large-scale combined-arms live-fire exercises across its Mojave Desert training ranges. It's home to 7th Marine Regiment and the Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command that runs the major pre-deployment exercises held there.
